    The optimal temperature for a fridge is between 3°C and 5°C. Please check your fridge freezer instruction manual for the correct thermostat setting.
  • 2. On most fridge freezers the lower the number setting, the less cooling power (and the higher the temperature), while the higher the number setting, the greater the cooling power (and the lower the temperature).
  • 3. Do not to overfill your fridge freezer, this will prevent a good circulation of air and may result in unstable temperature levels.
  • 4. Most freezers are pre-set to operate between -18°C and -26°C.
  • 5. If your fridge freezer has the 'fast freeze' function, we recommend that prior to putting large amounts of food into your freezer you switch on the ‘fast freeze’ for 24 hours beforehand to ensure the correct temperature is achieved.
