- You can balance the amount of heat between the top and the bottom of the dish in the cooker by selecting a different shelf height. - To avoid uneven cooking use only one shelf at a time. 
- 1.Place the dish on the top or second rack to get more heat at the top. 
- 2.Place the dish on the third or fourth rack to get more heat at the bottom.
