  • 1. Check that the washer dryer is not displaying any error codes.
    If there is an error code, please consult the instruction manual for advice on the displayed error code.
  • 2. Ensure that too much powder isn't being used as this can become thick once wet.
  • 3. Turn the mains water connection to the closed position.
  • 4. Check the right angled end of the water inlet hose to the water inlet connection. Ensure it is hand tight.
    Never use tools to tighten the nut as you may damage the nut and washer dryer.
  • 5. Check the straight end of the water inlet hose to the cold water inlet pipe and tighten by hand.

  • 6. Turn the mains water connection to the open position.
  • 7. Remove the detergent drawer.
    Refer to the user manual for the correct removal process.
  • 8. Remove the softener cover.
    Refer to the user manual for the correct removal process.
  • 9. Clean the detergent drawer and softener cover in clean warm water.
  • 10. Clean the exterior of the detergent drawer using warm water and a non-abrasive cleaning agent, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
  • 11. Replace the softener cover.
  • 12. Carefully wipe out and remove any residues inside the detergent drawer housing.
  • 13. Place the detergent drawer back into the housing and close the detergent drawer.
