    Check Filter pump is securely in place. Open the cover and turn firmly clock-wise to close fully.

  • 2. Inspect the waste pipe for damage.
  • 3. Inspect the waste pipe connection to the washing machine for leaks.
    If you discover a leak on the waste connection from the washing machine, please call technical support.
  • 4.

    Spigot connection – ensure the spigot hose is pushed firmly over the end of the waste connection.

  • 5.

    Ensure blanking caps are covering any unused drain connections.

  • 6.

    Standpipe connection – ensure the waste pipe from the washing machine is pushed at least 300mm into the standpipe.

  • 7.

    Ensure the waste pipe is not pushed all the way to the bottom of the standpipe.
