Cleaning the drain port and drain tray
1. Unplug the fridge freezer from the mains.
2. Open the fridge door and locate the drain port.
3. Clear any debris from the drain port channel.
4. Clear any blockage in the drain port with a straw, cotton bud or a suitable alternative which will not damage the fridge.
5. Close the fridge door.
6. Carefully turn the fridge freezer around to gain access to the drain tray.
Caution:The fridge freezer is heavy, so you may need help to move it.
7. Locate the drain tray, the drain tray on some models may be removable, if so remove the drain tray, clean and replace.
