Correct positioning
1. Ensure the rear fan grills are not obstructed. Leave at least 100mm space from the wall to the back of the fridge freezer.
2. Place the fridge freezer in a well ventilated room with an ambient temperature above 10°C.
3. Ensure you leave at least 150mm between the top of the fridge freezer and any other surface.
4. Ensure the fridge freezer is at least 500mm away from stoves, gas ovens and heaters.
5. Ensure the fridge freezer is at least 50mm away from electric ovens.
6. If the fridge freezer is installed next to a deep freezer ensure there is at least 20mm distance between the appliances to prevent humidity forming on the outer surface.
7. Keep the fridge freezer out of direct sunlight and any other heat sources.
8. For correct levelling and air circulating underneath the fridge freezer, the front feet may be adjusted.
9. To allow the doors to self-close if they are not shut correctly, tilt the fridge freezer back about 10mm by turning the adjustable feet.
10. Keeping your fridge freezer in an unheated room that is likely to fall below 10°C (such as a garage), may cause the fridge freezer to malfunction if moisture reaches the electronic components.
