Washer dryer is making a grinding noise
1. Check that all of the transport bolts have been removed.
2. Overloading the washer dryer can cause the washer dryer to make a banging noise.
See the user manual for laundry types and weight. Do not overload the washer dryer.
3. Check to see of the drum makes any grinding noise when manually turning.
If the drum makes a noise while manually turning the drum, please call technical support for further assistance.
4. Ensure the washer dryer is not installed in a damp environment, as this can lead to internal issues with the appliance.
