Programme will not start
1. Check that the washing machine is plugged into the mains power supply and the plug is switched on.
2. Check that the washing machine door has been shut. The door will click when shut correctly.
3. Check that the washing machine is not displaying any error codes.
If there is an error code, please consult the instruction manual for advice on the displayed error code.
4. Ensure that the programme selection knob is not set to off/cancel. Turn the programme selection knob to the desired programme.
5. Check that the start/pause button has been pressed.
6. Ensure that the water tap is in the open position.
7. Check that the water inlet hose is not kinked or trapped behind the washing machine.
8. Clean the filters of the water inlet hose for any blockages.
9. Remove the drain pump filter and check for any blockages.
10. Check that the drain hose is not obstructed or bent.
