Washing machine is making a grinding noise
1. Check that all of the transport bolts have been removed.
2. Overloading the washing machine can cause the washing machine to make a banging noise.
See the user manual for laundry types and weight. Do not overload the washing machine.
3. Check to see of the drum makes any grinding noise when manually turning.
If the drum makes a noise while manually turning the drum, please call technical support for further assistance.
4. Ensure the washing machine is not installed in a damp environment, as this can lead to internal issues with the appliance.
