Washing machine is making a vibrating noise
1. Ensure the washing machine is positioned on a level, hard floor surface.
2. Ensure that the washing machine is level and if necessary, adjust the feet.
3. Check that all of the transport bolts have been removed.
4. Ensure there is a clearance gap around the washing machine, as during the wash cycle the washing machine will move and vibrate.
5. Overloading the washing machine can cause the washing machine to vibrate.
See the user manual for laundry types and weight. Do not overload the washing machine.
6. Only having a few clothes in the washing machine will not prevent the operation of the machine but can cause it to vibrate.
7. Ensure the washing is not installed in a damp environment, as this can lead to internal issues with the appliance.
8. Check to see of the drum makes any vibrating noise when manually turning.
If the drum makes a vibrating noise while manually turning the drum, please call technical support for further assistance.
