  • 1. Unplug the fridge freezer from the mains.
  • 2. Open the fridge door and locate the drain port.
  • 3. Clear any debris from the drain port channel.
  • 4. Clear any blockage in the drain port with a straw, cotton bud or a suitable alternative which will not damage the fridge.
  • 5. Close the fridge door.
  • 6. Carefully turn the fridge freezer around to gain access to the drain tray.
    Caution:The fridge freezer is heavy, so you may need help to move it.
  • 7. Locate the drain tray, the drain tray on some models may be removable, if so remove the drain tray, clean and replace.
