  • 1. Check that the washing machine is plugged into the mains power supply and the plug is switched on.
  • 2. Check that the washing machine door has been shut. The door will click when shut correctly.
  • 3. Check that the washing machine is not displaying any error codes.
    If there is an error code, please consult the instruction manual for advice on the displayed error code.
  • 4. Ensure that the programme selection knob is not set to off/cancel. Turn the programme selection knob to the desired programme.
  • 5. Check that the start/pause button has been pressed.
  • 6. Ensure that the water tap is in the open position.
  • 7. Check that the water inlet hose is not kinked or trapped behind the washing machine.
  • 8. Clean the filters of the water inlet hose for any blockages.
  • 9. Remove the drain pump filter and check for any blockages.
  • 10. Check that the drain hose is not obstructed or bent.
