Washing machine is making a vibrating noise

- 1. Ensure the washing machine is positioned on a level, hard floor surface.
- 2. Ensure that the washing machine is level and if necessary, adjust the feet.
- 3. Check that all of the transport bolts have been removed.
- 4. Ensure there is a clearance gap around the washing machine, as during the wash cycle the washing machine will move and vibrate.
- 5. Overloading the washing machine can cause the washing machine to vibrate.See the user manual for laundry types and weight. Do not overload the washing machine.
- 6. Only having a few clothes in the washing machine will not prevent the operation of the machine but can cause it to vibrate.
- 7. Ensure the washing is not installed in a damp environment, as this can lead to internal issues with the appliance.
- 8. Check to see of the drum makes any vibrating noise when manually turning.If the drum makes a vibrating noise while manually turning the drum, please call technical support for further assistance.
