  • 1. Ensure the washing machine is positioned on a level, hard floor surface.
  • 2. Ensure that the washing machine is level and if necessary, adjust the feet.
  • 3. Check that all of the transport bolts have been removed.
  • 4. Ensure there is a clearance gap around the washing machine, as during the wash cycle the washing machine will move and vibrate.
  • 5. Overloading the washing machine can cause the washing machine to vibrate.
    See the user manual for laundry types and weight. Do not overload the washing machine.
  • 6. Only having a few clothes in the washing machine will not prevent the operation of the machine but can cause it to vibrate.
  • 7. Ensure the washing is not installed in a damp environment, as this can lead to internal issues with the appliance.
  • 8. Check to see of the drum makes any vibrating noise when manually turning.
